GPU-Accelerated Coordinate Scanner
[cuda] [c++]Offloaded spatial coordinate search to the GPU with CUDA — a 60× speedup that cut 10-billion-entry searches from two hours to under two minutes.
Maximal Independent Set Solver
[c++] [openmp]Flat CSR layout for a 4× speedup (648M edges/s); a roofline model proved the kernel latency-bound. Parallel Luby's algorithm in OpenMP.
Variational Monte Carlo
[cuda] [c++]A Variational Monte Carlo engine simulating the homogeneous electron gas with CUDA kernels for Slater rows, determinant ratios, and Jastrow derivatives, validated to within 0.005 Ha/electron of Perdew-Zunger references.
Pufferfish
[c++] [nnue]A chess engine using minimax with alpha-beta pruning and an NNUE-style evaluation. Placed 3rd of 75 at ChessHacks.
Petri
[rust] [tui]A terminal Conway's Game of Life. The cells drifting behind this page are a browser reimplementation of it.
